A confirmed booking reserves the displayed time for the selected service. You must provide accurate event information and a reachable email address. A booking is not a guarantee against interruptions outside either party's reasonable control.
You may cancel a confirmed booking from your Dashboard and make a new booking for a different time. Any cancellation fee or refund rule applies only if it was agreed with you in writing before payment; this website does not impose an automatic cancellation charge.
If you do not attend or provide the access and materials needed for the broadcast, the session may be treated as cancelled. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking access being restricted. A financial charge applies only where agreed in writing beforehand.
This website does not collect or store payment-card details. Price, payment method, currency, timing, and any deposit are confirmed directly before service. Submitting a booking does not authorize an automatic charge.
On rare occasions we may need to reschedule a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to find a new time.
Accounts are for genuine booking purposes. We may cancel bookings or restrict access for abusive behavior, repeated no-shows, or attempts to interfere with the booking system.
This service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts with jurisdiction in Bangladesh will handle disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
